These requirements ensure that every contractor can successfully service client programs through the platform. Please review this entire guide before applying for or selecting a client opportunity.
1. PC REQUIREMENTS
Supported Processors
Contractor’s computer must have one of the following (minimum):
Intel i3-9000 series or better

3. SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS
Windows Firewall enabled
Windows Security Real-Time Protection enabled
Updated browser: Edge, Firefox, or Chrome
No incompatible security software
Must maintain secure and reliable equipment at all times
❗ 4. SECURITY RESTRICTIONS (STRICT)
The following CANNOT be installed or used:
Malware or any suspicious software
Virtual machines (VMWare, Parallels, VirtualBox)
Non-Arise VPNs
TOR browser
Proxy tools or privacy tunnels

5. SECURE DESKTOP (SD)
Some programs require SD/SRW — a Windows-only secure workspace.
Must be installed on Windows
No virtual machine allowed
6. PC SCAN REQUIREMENTS
Before enrolling in any client program, contractors must pass the PC Scan.
To prepare:
Reboot computer
Close all apps
Clear browser cache
Use Firefox or Chrome
Reboot router if needed

If PC Scan fails:
CPU:
Processor unsupported → Must upgrade computer.
Download/Upload Speeds:
Reboot router

Must switch to hard-wired

Must upgrade to Windows 11
