Each link is unique, and for your security, it must be used within a short period.
If your link expires, simply contact us and we’ll send a new one.
After your onboarding request is received and approved, you will:
verify your email
access the Independent Agent hub
sign the electronic forms required to finalize your account
All forms must be signed before you can browse available client programs.
Once your account is active, you’ll complete a short skills and preference assessment.
After that, you can view and choose from available client programs such as:
retail
travel
roadside assistance
utilities
entertainment
tech support
You’ll be able to review:

✔ schedule options
✔ general program expectations
For client pay rates:
Contact True Cove Virtual after selecting your program — rates vary and are not publicly listed.
Most programs require a standard background check.
The third-party screening provider charges approximately $30, paid directly to them — not to True Cove Virtual.
Programs may require completing an online certification course (typically 1–8 weeks).
Some courses require a refundable deposit (up to $50), returned after meeting attendance requirements.
Once certified, you will:

✔ receive your servicing schedule
✔ begin supporting customers remotely
