3. Systems & Equipment Policy

To support client programs effectively, contractors must have or obtain:

• Desktop or laptop computer (Windows 10 or 11 recommended)
  
  

• High-speed home internet (Ethernet may be required for some clients)
  
  

• USB headset
  
  

• Quiet, private workspace
  
  

Chromebooks, tablets, and mobile devices are not permitted for servicing.

Contractors must maintain:

• A secure, password-protected home network
  
  

• Updated antivirus software
  
  

• A distraction-free work environment
  
  

• Compliance with client-specific technical requirements
  
  

All equipment is the responsibility of the contractor.

4. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and collect only the information necessary to process your contractor interest and provide guidance.

5. Low-Cost Contractor Start-Up Requirements

Some client programs require small third-party fees:
