We help motivated Virtual Support Specialists find flexible, work-from-home opportunities with major brands across retail, travel, utilities, entertainment, and more.
Our role is to guide you through setup, onboarding, and client program selection ā while you choose your hours, your schedule, and the type of work you want to do.
What Youāll Do
Independent agents provide:
inbound customer assistance
account/booking support
order help
troubleshooting
chat or phone-based service
No outbound calling.
No sales.
No collections.
The exact tasks depend on the client you choose during certification.
Requirements
To be eligible, Virtual Support Specialists must have:
ā Age 18+
ā U.S. residency in an eligible state
ā Desktop or laptop computer (no Chromebooks)
ā Hard-wired internet connection
ā USB headset
ā Quiet workspace
ā Ability to pass a background check
ā Willingness to complete certification
Exact technical requirements vary by client.
Compensation
Compensation depends on the client program you select. Rates vary based on:
program type
schedule
call volume
performance
Virtual Support Specialists invoice twice monthly.
Full program details are shared after your application is reviewed.
Some client programs require the following third-party steps before beginning certification:
Background check: approximately $30 (paid directly to the screening provider)
Refundable certification deposit: approximately $50, refunded after attending the first day of training

They go directly to the secure third-party platform and/or screening provider responsible for Virtual Support Specialist onboarding.
